Order Processing and Shipping Time Many of our Lizard Outdoor branded items are custom printed for you after you place your order. Due to this custom nature, please allow approximately 14 days from the date of your order for your item to be produced and dispatched. This is an estimate and can vary. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout stage before you confirm your payment.
International Shipping & Customs We ship to customers worldwide. Please be aware that:
- The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country.
- Lizard Outdoor Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
Address Accuracy It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
