User-Generated Content Policy

This policy governs any content you submit to us, including product reviews, comments, or photos (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content,

• you agree that you are the author and owner of the content and that it does not violate any laws, including the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, or infringe on any third party’s rights.
• You will not submit any content that is false, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or threatening.
• You grant Lizard Outdoor Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your User Content in any media for marketing and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
