  • Payment: Full payment for your order is required at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Custom Products: Many of our branded materials are custom printed. By placing an order for these items, you acknowledge that production begins shortly after the order is placed.

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this Website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. All orders are subject to availability.

The content on this Website, including but not limited to the “Lizard Outdoor” name, logo, custom prints, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Lizard Outdoor Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lizard Outdoor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods. Our liability to you for any breach of contract or negligence will not exceed the price paid for the goods that are the subject of the claim. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under the CGA.
